Interior Waterproofing

The concept of Interior Waterproofing is to maintain/direct the flow of incoming water that penetrates through cracks or holes in the foundation wall or floor.  Water collects into an interior weeping tile which we install along the perimeter of the foundation footing.

This water is then channeled to the main drainage system or sump pump basin which is then pumped out by a sump pump system that discharges the water away from the home.

A drainage board is then fasten to the foundation wall which gives added  protection against exterior moisture penetration.
