Window Well

A Window Well prevents ground water from penetrating  your basement window through the window frame or minor opening if the window frame is below surface level.

A window well is fastened to the foundation wall from above surface level and extends below the bottom of the window frame.

​

A drain pipe is installed for window well drainage which drains down to the foundation footing.  

​

Gravel is placed into the window well which filters water into the drain pipe.
